Manufacturing Process: Cutting: Laser cutting or shearing tools are used to cut tray components accurately according to design specifications.

Vertical transitions and tees are assembled with compatible fittings to ensure continuous grounding and structural integrity. Cable Management: The open mesh design allows easy feeding of cables in multiple directions, and the trays can accommodate branches, exits, and complex routing without compromising ventilation.

Proper bend radius and spacing are maintained to prevent cable damage. Safety and Compliance: All accessories and installation hardware must be supplied by the same manufacturer and comply with relevant standards to ensure safety, grounding, and structural performance.
