Fqj cable tray specifications

FQJ cable trays are fire-proof, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for a wide range of environments, available in fully-sealed, half-sealed, tunnel, and inorganic types.

Overview

The FQ

J series of cable trays are designed for fire resistance, heat insulation, and corrosion protection, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations in industrial, commercial, and tunnel environments. They are lightweight yet capable of supporting heavy loads, ensuring reliable safety for power, control, and lightning cables.

Types of FQ

J Cable TraysFully-Sealed Fire-Proof Channel BoxSuitable for power cables below 10 kV, control cables, and lightning lines. Can be installed in aerial cable ditches or indoor/outdoor channels. Provides complete protection against fire and environmental exposure.

Half-

Sealed Fire-

Proof Channel BoxFeatures a double-board cover with flame-stifling capability. Temperature inside the tray is limited to safe levels for cable operation. Includes automatic cooling hole covers that respond to high temperatures.

Fire-

Proof Channel Box for Cable TunnelsDesigned for tunnels and underground public facilities. Well-ventilated; mesh coated with refractory material expands during fire to block oxygen and extinguish flames.

Inorganic Fire-

Proof Channel Box

Constructed from inorganic materials reinforced with glass fiber. Fully sealed refractory structure prevents self-burning and external ignition. Ideal for environments with strong acid or alkali corrosion.

Material and StandardsFQJ trays are made from fire-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, including inorganic composites and reinforced glass fiber. They comply with national advanced standards for fire-proof cable management. Typical cable tray systems, including FQJ, follow general standards such as ANSI/NFPA 70 (NEC), ASTM A123, A653, A1011, A1008, and NEMA VE 1 for metallic cable trays, ensuring structural integrity and safety.

Applications

Power distribution and control systems in industrial plants. Underground tunnels and public infrastructure. Areas with high fire risk or corrosive environments.

Indoor and outdoor installations requiring reliable fire protection and mechanical support. Key FeaturesFire-proof and heat-insulatingCorrosion-resistant for harsh environmentsLightweight yet heavy-load capableAutomatic safety mechanisms in half-sealed and tunnel typesVersatile installation options: aerial, indoor, outdoor, and tunnel applications.

FQ

J cable trays provide a robust solution for fire-safe cable management, combining mechanical strength, environmental resistance, and compliance with safety standards, making them suitable for critical infrastructure and industrial applications.
